When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and display name. When you use the Platform, we may collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interactions. If you connect a payment account, Stripe collects your financial information directly — we do not store credit card numbers or bank account details.
We use your information to operate the Platform, process transactions, communicate with you about your account, improve our services, and enforce our Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase or receive a payout, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe under their Privacy Policy. We receive only transaction confirmations and do not have access to your full payment details.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
We may share your information with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Platform (Stripe, Supabase, Mux), (b) law enforcement if required by law, and (c) in connection with a merger or sale of the business. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.
Streams, chat messages, and uploaded content are visible to other users as part of the Platform's functionality. Your username, display name, and avatar are publicly visible on your profile and in chat. Chat messages are ephemeral and not permanently stored.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure authentication through Supabase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account information as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it longer. Transaction records may be retained for tax and legal compliance purposes.

The Platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete it.
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a new date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
